Responsibilities
* Deliver superior customer support via chat, email, and phone to Finnish-speaking clients.
* Quickly and effectively resolve customer questions and concerns.
* Guide customers through our gaming products and services to enhance their experience.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality standards.
* Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
* Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
* Engage in ongoing training opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills.
* Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
