TIG Welder – Late Shift
Location: Aylesbury – Commutable from High Wycombe, Thame, Bicester, Leighton Buzzard, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas
Salary: £38,188 – £40,653 per annum (inclusive of 15% shift premium, DOE)
Shift Pattern: Monday – Wednesday 1:30pm – 11:30pm | Thursday 1:30pm – 11:00pm
We are recruiting for a skilled TIG Welder to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Aylesbury. This is a permanent PM shift opportunity within a professional production environment where precision, quality and continuous improvement are central to operations.
Working within the Welding team and reporting to the Welding Supervisor, you will carry out fabrication and TIG welding duties to high engineering standards

TIG Welder Responsibilities
* Carry out TIG welding and fabrication work as directed by the Welding Supervisor
* Read and interpret engineering drawings (primarily Third Angle Projection)
* Ensure company procedures and quality standards are adhered to
* Maintain high housekeeping standards within your work area
* Participate in quality control processes and report defects immediately
* Carry out MPI and Dye Penetrant inspections where required
* Book jobs and record work using the EPICOR MRP system
* Record information for welder qualification purposes
* Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure work is completed safely, accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
* Certified / coded TIG welder (or open to becoming coded)
* Minimum 2 years’ TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment
* Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience working in a fabrication and production environment
