Your new role
As an HR Assistant you’ll join a small team providing essential HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining HR systems (primarily Agresso), ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality advice and guidance to employees and managers. You’ll handle contractual administration, manage queries via a central mailbox, and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll also contribute to organisational projects and support hybrid working initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience working with HR systems (Agresso preferred; other HRIS considered).
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
3. Analytical and logical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work agilely and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
5. Previous experience in HR administration and data management.
