We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our proactive care and community rehabilitation team in Bradford. This dynamic, award ‑ winning service focuses on prevention and early intervention, supporting frail adults in primary care and community settings. In this role, you will also contribute to our integrated Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Service. You’ll manage a varied, stimulating caseload and be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team with a strong rehabilitation ethos across multiple pathways, including intermediate care. We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist with a genuine interest in older adults, proactive care, and rehabilitation. Community experience is essential. Ideal candidates will bring NHS rehabilitation experience, demonstrate flexibility, and show commitment to ongoing development. The post holder could have supervisory responsibilities for some assistant workforce staff. The post holder will have responsibility for participating in the supervision and education of junior staff, and also the supervision and education of student physiotherapists and work experience students.
