Senior Legal Project Manager
London, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2–3 days/month on-site) Up to £85K + strong benefits | Full-time, permanent
I'm looking for a Senior Legal Project Manager (on behalf of an International Law firm), who wants to do more than fire off status trackers and chase fee-earners for updates. This is a senior, strategic role for someone who blends delivery discipline with commercial awareness, and can confidently advise both internal stakeholders and clients.

You’ll lead high-profile matters, drive smarter processes, and mentor junior LPMs. From pitch to post-deal, you’ll be involved and accountable.
What you’ll do
* Deliver complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters from end to end
* Own scoping, budgeting, risk management, and reporting
* Advise fee-earners, Partners, and clients on project strategy and delivery
* Shape firmwide LPM standards and mentor junior team members
* Help win work by identifying where LPM adds value
* Champion innovation and improved legal service delivery
* Work alongside legal tech and innovation teams to implement practical solutions
What you’ll bring
* Solid experience in legal project management within a global law firm or similar
* Confidence leading client-facing matters with multiple stakeholders
* Clear understanding of budgeting, governance and delivery
* A proactive, solutions-first mindset toward process and tech
* Track record of mentoring or leading junior team members
* Bonus: experience in litigation, eDisclosure or transformation projects
Hybrid Working
Only 2–3 days per month required in office, with flexibility to work from any of the firm's UK hubs.
