Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a highly regarded primary school in Windsor to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long-term position starting September 2025.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2 in the teacher's absence
* Provide small group and 1:1 intervention support where needed
* Support class teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment
* Assist in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with staff to support all learners, including those with SEND

Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Proven classroom experience in a primary setting
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum
* Confident managing whole-class teaching when required
* Flexible, reliable, and passionate about education
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
