Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Manage your own sales pipeline and take ownership of revenue targets.
* Generate and follow up leads, delivering compelling bids and proposals.
* Build relationships with facilities managers, agents, and end users.
* Negotiate and close deals at both operational and board level.
* Conduct site surveys and prepare asset schedules in partnership with our Estimating Team.
* Prepare and present proposals and tender submissions.
Skills & Qualifications Required
* Proven track record in sales/business development, ideally in maintenance, M&E, or facilities services.
* Commercially astute with strong technical awareness.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
