THE ROLE
Leading the logistics team, you will oversee large-scale logistics projects, including conferences and incentives on multi-million-pound projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing logistics team and freelance resources
* Supporting logistics aspects of pitches
* Managing client relationships
* Identifying resource needs, workflow management, and event specifications
* Ensuring projects meet targets for turnover and gross margin
* Preparing and managing project budgets and timelines
* Communicating with stakeholders and suppliers
* Reviewing and improving processes and operations within the team
