Our marketing team plays a direct role in helping people access life-changing education — and we’re sharpening our focus on high-performing, data-driven email campaigns that drive enrolments. The role focuses exclusively on email marketing, including automated and standalone campaigns, CRM upkeep, and overall strategy. Proven experience in these specific areas is a requirement You’ll plan, build, send, test, and optimise high-volume campaigns across email and CRM journeys that directly impact student enrolments. What You’ll Actually Do (Day to Day) Build and execute email campaigns yourself using marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot) Plan and manage campaign schedules across programmes and intakes Test subject lines, content, journeys, segmentation, and timing Monitor performance and continuously optimise (opens, clicks, conversions) Ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and launch-ready Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Content, and Partner teams to deliver on targets What Success Looks Like ✔ Campaigns delivered on time, every time ✔ Strong open, click-through, and conversion rates ✔ Measurable contribution to enrolment targets ✔ Data-driven optimisation and testing mindset ✔ Trusted campaign owner across the business Who This Role Is For We’re specifically looking for someone with: Minimum 3 years hands-on email campaign execution experience Experience building campaigns in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot (essential) Strong attention to detail — you catch errors before they happen Confidence managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously Knowledge of segmentation, automation journeys, and email best practices Understanding of GDPR and data protection in email marketing Why Join HEP?
