Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
* Arranging and Carrying Out Property Viewings: Showcase beautiful properties and attract potential buyers.
* Negotiating Sales: Use your persuasive skills to ensure deals are favorable for both clients and the agency.
* Listening to Buyers: Understand the unique requirements of potential buyers to match them with the perfect property.
* Customer Liaison: Serve as the friendly face of the agency by answering all queries and providing top-notch service.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following
* Experience in Estate Agency: A background in property sales will set you up for success.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities are essential as you will be interacting with clients daily.
* Presentation Skills: You’ll need to be well-presented and articulate to represent our brand effectively.
* Driving License and Vehicle: A full UK driving license and access to a car is required for property viewings.
