Responsibilities
:
1. Day to day management of prepaid products
2. Processing of client order files, failed loads and order discrepencies
3. Management of order invoicing
4. Maintain stock levels (card and envelope), ensuring there are no outages, stock is ordered within required timelines and stock is destroyed in line with chip expiries.
5. Responsible for onboarding new content partners to prepaid products and conduct testing to confirm full acceptance.
6. Point of escalation for Customer Service escalations
7. Take ownership of issues raised and ability to correctly identify corrective actions whilstmunicating to all internal stakeholders
8. Responsible for operational readiness for new products prior to client implementations, this will include full end to end testing.
9. Responsible for approving client and internal markting collateral
10. Ensure all prepaid/e-money regulations are adhered to with all processes implemented across the department.
