Vehicle Technician (Fleet & Plant)
Location: Chatham
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Training + Career Progression + Company Benefits

Responsibilities
* Diagnose faults and perform vehicle and plant repairs
* Perform servicing, maintenance and safety inspections
* Work on brakes, clutches, suspension, gearboxes and diagnostics
* Occasional off‑site repair and maintenance work
* Provide opportunities for overtime and career progression
Qualifications
* Previous vehicle technician or similar role required
* Experience in plant and vehicle fitting
* NVQ or equivalent Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
* Mot testing experience (preferred)
