HR Systems Manager - Hybrid working

We are currently recruiting for an HR Systems Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our HR and training systems. This is a key role supporting our continued growth across London and the South of England, and contributing to employee engagement and retention especially across Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery and improvement of our HR systems, ensuring they are accessible, efficient, and aligned with company values.
Optimise our use of MHR's iTrent HR system, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
Support the implementation and management of learning management systems.
Champion employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through smart system design and data-driven insights.
What We are Looking For:
Proven experience in HR systems administration and LMS management
In-depth knowledge of MHR iTrent
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work both independently and as part of a team
