This role blends strategy with hands-on creativity. You'll be at the centre of our comms, helping us connect with young people, our community, and the partners who support our work.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering Inspire's communications strategy across all channels with consistency and creativity.
* Building relationships with journalists and securing positive media coverage.
* Creating engaging content—from social media posts to press releases and case studies.
* Leading internal communications to keep our team informed and inspired. Managing our digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email and website.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience in communications, PR, journalism or digital marketing (charity/public/voluntary sector ideal).
* Strong writing skills tailored to different audiences and platforms.
* Hands-on experience creating content across social media, especially TikTok and LinkedIn.
* Confident in media relations and securing press coverage.
* Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects.
* Trend-aware and quick to turn ideas into engaging content.
Desirable:
* Experience with Adobe Suite or Canva.
* Email marketing experience (e.g. Mailchimp).
* Familiarity with SEO, PPC or digital advertising.
* Understanding of fundraising communications.
