Agile working with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office

We are seeking a skilled Asset Information Manager to join our growing Asset Management team. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and Sustainability, you will lead a small team with the purpose of accurate information to inform strategic decisions about our homes.
Managing the core Asset Management and Sustainability information and systems, you will oversee and lead the collection and management of asset information, developing and maintaining asset plans, using data analytics and developing robust quality assurance processes that will help to shape investment decisions. You will provide and develop processes to support Southway in how we maximise information that will inform our decisions, ensuring the best utilisation of our resources and to create better outcomes for customers.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, ensuring all asset information integrity, governance and support the delivery of our asset management strategy.
Candidates
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in asset information management, ideally within housing or property services, and must have a strong understanding of social housing legislation and regulatory standards, including the Decent Homes Standard, Energy Performance ratings, alongside experience with stock condition surveys, investment planning, asset management systems, and sustainability assessments.
You will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
