About The Role As a Manufacturing Line Leader - Canteen in our Manufacturing site, you'll be ensuring that our hard working colleagues have a great selection of hearty meals to look forward to whilst they're at work. Working with the site team, you'll be producing high quality food in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment as well as supervising and training canteen colleagues. You'll complete a wide range of tasks related to the planning, preparation and cooking of hot and cold food for our colleagues, whilst complying with food hygiene regulation and site safety procedures. You'll be the first point of call for any incidents, and will make sure all paperwork related to food hygiene regulations is complete and up to date. About You You'll be the kind of person who: Is able to produce high quality food on a large scale and on time Has previous experience working in a canteen environment including cash handling, serving and cleaning Knows and complies with all relevant business and site policies, such as Health and Safety and Food Safety standards Is proactive and willing to learn new skills and techniques Has the ability to manage others and make decisions when needed We want to provide everyone with the opportunity to succeed in their role and career with us.
