We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
* Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
* Ensure the bar area remains clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout shifts
* Check identification to verify legal drinking age in compliance with food safety regulations
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
* Maintain knowledge of menu offerings to assist guests with recommendations
* Uphold responsible serving practices by monitoring guest behaviour and managing intoxication levels
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bar roles, is paramount.
* Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
* Basic maths skills for handling payments and giving correct change
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when engaging with guests
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
