The RoleYou will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll be involved in projects from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
* Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
* Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
* Providing strategic planning advice
* Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors
About You
* Degree in Town Planning or a related field
* Working towards (or holding) MRTPI status
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
