Responsibilities of the Graduate IT Support Engineer:
In this role, you’ll provide essential first-line support to colleagues across the Manchester and London offices while contributing to wider IT projects across several European locations.
* Deliver first-line technical support, resolving IT issues efficiently and professionally.
* Support users with laptops, smartphones, and Microsoft software.
* Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries as part of a 70+ person IT team.
* Gain exposure to international IT operations and knowledge-sharing projects.
* Occasionally travel to company offices across the UK and Europe.
Requirements:
We’re looking for a proactive, curious graduate who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies.
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.
* Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving ability.
* Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Interest in using AI tools and technologies to improve support and efficiency.
* Self-motivated, organised, and committed to continuous development.
