About You
We’re looking for someone who is both commercially minded and genuinely motivated by purpose.
* Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
* Commercial awareness with a consultative, values-led approach
* Experience in healthcare, wellbeing, education, or the not-for-profit sector
* Understanding of neurodiversity, mental health, or community services
* Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
Why Apply?
* Opportunity to play a key role in launching and scaling a meaningful service
* Work within a mission-led organisation focused on community impact
* High level of autonomy and influence in a growing team
* Flexible, hybrid working environment
Details
