Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
* Manage multi-line phone systems, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
* Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
* Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, ensuring efficient office operations.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
* Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve office processes.
Experience
* Previous experience as a receptionist is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is beneficial.
* Familiarity with front desk operations and office management practices is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
* Experience in customer support or service roles is beneficial for effective client interaction.
* Knowledge of dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
