Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a security officer to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Brooksby College. The post holder requires flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern. Working 22 hours per week over 2 days. The shifts are Saturday and Sundays, hours will be discussed at interview. Whilst your main days of work will be Saturday-Sunday, some flexibility may be required.
Responsibilities
* Regular surveillance patrols across the College campus
* Being a point of contact for learners, colleagues and visitors
* Providing a customer focused presence on site
* To be considered for the role, you will have experience of providing security and/or locking down buildings on a large site
You will be able to
* Demonstrate a professional approach
* Show your ability to work on your own initiative
* Enforce the college's behaviour policy to provide a safer environment for all staff and students and an overall better visitor experience
Applicants must hold an SIA license and possess or be willing to work towards a recognised First Aid Qualification.

The terms and conditions of employment offered by The Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College. Please note that employees of The Leicestershire College are based at one of the campus’ of Loughborough College Group.
