As a Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of that journey, guiding buyers every step of the way and making their experience as smooth and exciting as possible.
This varied advisor role includes a wide range of duties, including:
1. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product, construction, relevant local information, competitors, and our unique selling points, as well as understanding regulations such as the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008.
2. Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, and regularly updating prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
3. Taking reservations and preparing all paperwork efficiently to support sales, ensuring purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
4. Ensuring all timescales are met by proactively progressing contracts and completions to meet or exceed targets.
5. Building strong relationships and liaising with solicitors, estate agents, banks, building society managers, and valuers.
6. Maintaining regular contact with the Financial Advisor to stay updated on the mortgage market and products.
7. Upholding company policies and procedures.
8. Undertaking additional tasks as reasonably required.
Requirements include:
* Experience in sales within the new house building market.
* Full Driving Licence.
* Proven sales and negotiation skills.
* Ability to recognize key buying signals.
* Excellent administration and organizational skills.
* Integrity and professionalism when dealing with prospective customers.
* Good IT skills.
* Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated.
