HR Advisor £35,000 - Torquay - Permanent - Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

The Role
As HR Advisor, you will provide proactive support across a broad range of HR activities while partnering with managers to deliver positive people outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising managers on employee relations matters and employment legislation
* Supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management processes
* Coaching managers on HR best practice and people management issues
* Supporting recruitment and workforce planning activities
* Assisting with organisational change and development initiatives
* Contributing to employee wellbeing and engagement programmes
* Analysing HR data and identifying trends
* Supporting the development of HR processes, policies and management capability
About You
We're looking for a confident and proactive HR Advisor who is ready to take the next step towards Business Partnering.
You’ll bring:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Advisor role
* Strong employee relations experience
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* A positive, solutions‑focused approach
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience within the charity sector or working with volunteers would be advantageous but is not essential.
