You will support children's development through play-based learning, contribute to planning and observations, and work closely with families and colleagues to deliver high-quality early years care.Your new role
* Deliver engaging activities that support learning across the EYFS
* Safeguard children and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
* Observe and record progress to support next-step planning
* Build positive relationships with families
* Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of care
* Follow health and safety procedures and daily routines
What you'll need to succeed
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
* Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
