A bit about what you will do Manage and support the finance team, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and income audit functions, including recruitment and training. Maintain financial records in line with policies, perform internal audits, and ensure compliance with internal audit standards and company procedures. Oversee cash flow, review and authorize purchase orders and expenses, and ensure cost control across departments. Prepare quarterly VAT returns and coordinate with procurement to ensure accurate pricing and updates in Adaco. Collaborate with the FC, GM, and department heads on forecasts, budgets, and year-end audit preparations aligned with the hotel’s strategic goals More about you A proven track record in hotel accounting or audit experience with at least 5 years in a Financial Controller position, preferably in a five-star hotel environment. Possess knowledge of accounting management duties such as negotiating hotel space and tenant leases; processing payroll; performing asset management duties; providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc. as needed, or requested.
