Business Administration Apprentice – Service Delivery Management Team
Join our Business Administration Apprenticeship and play a vital role in supporting the Service Delivery Management Team at SP Electricity North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in business administration while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You’ll help ensure the smooth running of service delivery operations that support our business‑critical systems and services.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Service Delivery Management Team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
* Assisting with tracking service performance, reporting, and compliance activities.
* Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders via email, phone, and face‑to‑face.
* Booking meetings, managing calendars, and helping organise service reviews.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting team objectives.
