We are partnering with a well-known, household name to appoint a Legal Counsel on an initial contract until September, with a potential for the role to become permanent.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the business on a broad range of commercial contracts, working closely with senior stakeholders and a high-performing in-house legal team. Your work will include:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements
* Advising the business on contractual risk and providing practical, commercial solutions
* Supporting both business-as-usual contracting and strategic projects
* Partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation
About You
* Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contracts (2-5 pqe)
* Comfortable managing high-volume and varied work
* Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused
* Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
* Immediately available or available at short notice
