You'll also carry out monthly internal quality audits, ensuring external regulatory requirements and internal processes and procedures are followedIt's likely that a substantial amount of travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays and some evening commitments.What are we looking for in our Regional Directors?A proven record of leading a successful portfolio of homes, inside the care sector.A natural people person who enjoys building lasting professional relationships and demonstrating the value of collaborationAn ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust amongst key stakeholdersEvidence of successfully managing and delivering business KPIs, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth within a complex businessA demonstrable record of effective decision making, strategic thinking and project delivery.Why Bupa?We're a health insurer and provider.
