Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate customer order fulfilment with precision.
Liaise with site production and keep customers updated on delivery status.
Process customer sales orders efficiently using the ERP system.
Raise stock replenishment orders as needed.
Manage and update customer portals for key accounts seamlessly.
Establish, manage, and update customer price lists accurately.
Input Bills of Materials (BOMs) for parts in manufacture, liaising with the Commercial & Manufacturing team as required.

Professional Qualifications/Education:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or sales administration role.
Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
Familiarity with ERP systems for processing orders.
An eagerness to learn about Bills of Material.
Experience in document control and administration is a plus.
Working Hours: Monday- Thursday 8am-4:30pm & Friday 8am-1pm
Duration Of Contract: 9 months FTC (Maternity cover)
