As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role offers responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence. You will work hands-on with Salesforce, supporting user needs and platform development. Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
* Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems, including Salesforce and Pitcher platforms.
* Participate with global/regional teams in testing new features and platform improvements.
* Provide end-user support and contribute to capability-building initiatives and training.
* Analyze and share data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
* Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
1. Data Quality & Integrity
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
* Perform data quality checks, provide monitoring tools, and support data cleansing initiatives.
* Collaborate with business users on data ownership and governance best practices.
2. Business Intelligence & Reporting
* Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
* Analyze commercial and operational data to generate actionable insights.
3. AI & Digital Tools
* Leverage AI solutions to enhance performance tracking and decision-making.
* Explore automation opportunities for routine reports and processes.
* Stay updated on emerging tools and assist in integrating them into our BI/CRM ecosystem.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
* Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
* Support the development of market insights and dashboards.
* Assist in strategic reviews, commercial planning, and GTM initiatives using internal and external data.

* Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or a related field.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
* Previous experience in data analysis, sales operations, or related roles.
* Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
