Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a 6 month internship for a motivated individual seeking a meaningful opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment. This paid placement will provide exposure to project management, business operations, and bid development within the energy sector. You will operate within the Energy & Assurance Services team, working on project management and administration, and you will also support our Bids Manager in preparing high-quality proposals and documentation for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Assist the team with project coordination tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
* Support the Bids Manager in preparing tender response templates, managing the bids process, gathering information, and formatting documents.
* Help maintain project and bid tracking systems and ensure records are up to date.
* Attend team meetings and take notes or actions as required.
* Conduct research to support project planning and bid development.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
