What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant business function or significant experience (5+ years) in a related field.
* Comprehensive understanding of Mars reporting and analytics solutions, including SAP BW, Azure data lake, and Power BI (2+ years).
* Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, building Excel PivotTables, and identifying trends to support data-driven decisions.
* Experience in data quality and cleansing, with a solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 data models.
* General knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM) & Production Planning (PP) modules.
* Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
* Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with digital reporting systems and experience in stakeholder engagement.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Serve as a global expert on Mars reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Own the end-to-end functional design for Plan-to-Fulfill reporting and analytics solutions.
* Collaborate with segment and Enterprise teams on reporting and analytics design and deployment decisions.
* Drive consistency and standardization in reporting by engaging with Plan-to-Fulfill process owners to catalog reporting requirements.
* Educate business stakeholders on self-service reporting capabilities and promote user adoption.
* Partner with technical teams to align data model objects with appropriate technical objects in SAP.
* Define and maintain source catalogs, data dictionaries, and transformation logic for sustainability data objects.
* Contribute to the definition of reconciliation controls to ensure alignment between transactional source and target reporting systems.
