We're looking for a Head of Sales & Account Management who is hungry to make an impact and lead from the front.
This is a player-manager role in the truest sense: you'll drive your own sales pipeline while building and leading a high-performing team around you. What You’ll Do
* Own the full commercial lifecycle - net new sales, account growth, pipeline, forecasting, and retention.
* Personally lead and close high-impact opportunities while growing your team around you.
* Build and implement repeatable sales and account management processes, frameworks, and playbooks.
* Recruit, develop, and coach high-performing account managers and BDMs.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and delivery to create alignment and momentum.

The skills, knowledge and competencies that are required for the role are as follows:
* Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role
* Previous experience in an MSP or IT services environment
* Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets
* Hands-on involvement in business development and major account growth
* Demonstrable experience managing both new business and account management teams
* Deep understanding of the MSP market and IT services
* Awareness of market trends and competitive landscape
* Understanding of B2B sales cycles and procurement processes
* Knowledge of service-level agreements and IT service delivery models
* Results-driven and commercially focused Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude
* Adaptable and resilient under pressure
* High integrity and professionalism
* Collaborative and team-oriented
* Strong sense of accountability
* Demonstrable ability to generate and close high-value B2B deals
* Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and typical customer pain points
* Can develop and execute go-to-market strategies
* Skilled in pipeline development and forecasting
* Degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or related field
* ITIL Foundation or equivalent understanding of service delivery frameworks
