Workplace Co-ordinator\n\nBased in Leith | fully on-site role\n\nFull Time hours | Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 4:30pm (some flex on start/finish time)\n\nTemp role for up to 8 weeks | strong to be made permanent for the right candidate\n\nPay rate of £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)\n\nSearch Consultancy are currently working exclusively with one of our Nationwide clients to recruit this role for their office based in Leith. \n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the office including working on the front desk Reception, supplies management, facilities & maintenance support and other ad hoc administration.\n\nThis will be a very busy but rewarding role that would ideally suit an experienced Administrator with excellent organisation skills who can make this role their own!\n\nDuties involved in this role will include:\n\nFront desk Receptionist for the office, taking & transferring calls in a polite & professional manner\nEnsuring the Reception area & wider office is kept clean & tidy at all times\nDealing with all incoming & outgoing post\nReporting any Facilities or Maintenance issues to the office management company, ensuring a swift resolution\nActing as the main point of contact for the ordering of all supplies for the office including food & drinks, stationary, paper, tools and other office sundries\nTravel management for the team, including booking travel & accommodation and carrying out all associated administration\nProviding additional support to the office Executive assistant & other teams across the office as required\nVarious ad hoc general administration duties as directed \n\nIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:\n\nPrevious experience within a high-level administration role carrying out duties in line with the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL\nSolid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal - with the ability to deal with & influence stakeholders at all levels of the business\nExcellent organisation, attention to detail & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete your workload effectively \n\nIf this is the role for you, apply now!\n\nPlease note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.\n\nSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
