Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
Contract: Bank / Flexible hours
Locations: East Finchley, North London & Balham, South London

Your Role
As part of our Bank Staff team, you will:
* Support the planning and delivery of fun, age-appropriate activities
* Provide a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
* Supervise play and celebrate children’s milestones
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Help maintain high standards of care and learning
* Follow safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
We’re looking for flexible, reliable, and caring individuals with a passion for early years education.
Essential:
* Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous experience in childcare (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
* Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Desirable:
* Driving licence (helpful for travel between nurseries or outings)
* Previous experience in a bank staff or flexible nursery role
