Costello is a Good school with Outstanding features - Ofsted, Nov 2021. The Costello School is a very popular, regularly oversubscribed and growing school. We are looking to appoint highly motivated, dynamic and innovative individuals with a desire to improve the life chances of young people through excellent care, teaching and guidance. We are seeking a colleague who has a passion for performance and Humanities. You will join a close knit team of colleagues. We invest heavily in CPD/ training and have fantastic links with other schools and professional organisations. New ideas and approaches are welcomed with open arms and coaching is used to unlock potential. We work very closely with our family of partner schools and are currently the strategic lead for a unique teaching and learning project. As part of the Bohunt Education Trust, there are plenty of opportunities for support, development and progression. We have a strong desire to create a unique, innovative and rich educational climate underpinned by co-planning and collaboration between professionals, which has the possibility to lead to additional responsibilities."
