Derby | Full-Time (~35hrs/week, Saturday rota up to 3 per month) | Independent Optical Practice
Remuneration negotiable for the best candidates offering between £32k-38k+

We are a thriving independent practice and we're on the lookout for a qualified Dispensing Optician who’s passionate about personalised service, loves styling eyewear, and values ongoing professional development.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
* Are GOC-registered and confident in all aspects of dispensing
* Enjoy connecting with patients and helping them express their style
* Are enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely customer-focused
* Are looking for a practice where independence, quality, and development matter
* Are enthusiastic about providing specialist services and products: Myopia Management, Colorimetry, Visual Stress Screening and Enchroma Colour Vision Technology (Training provided)
* Want to work 1:1 and in a team with a registered coach for personal development within the business
