Our client, a leading global HVAC company is looking for a Field Service Supervisor with a solid background in the commercial or industrial refrigeration industry to join their fantastic team.

Responsibilities
* Using hand tools, fault finding, diagnosis and repairs of equipment
* Managing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial cooling systems and chillers to ensure they are technically correct.
* Attending site visits with Sales Engineers
* Handling procurement for equipment and subcontracts related to projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Acting as a trusted point of contact, communicating complex technical engineering activities to non-technical stakeholders.
* Attending breakdowns
* Participating in an on-call rota
Essential Experience to thrive in this role
* UK driver’s license
* F Gas qualified
* Commercial refrigeration background
* Chiller experience
* Proven experience in technical engineering, ideally within industrial cooling, HVAC, or similar, with demonstrated supervisory or leadership skills
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
