Qualified Social Worker, East Integrated Care and Support Team
Pay rate up to £35 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an East Integrated Care and Support team in Tameside.
Experience in TRAM, Safeguarding, Care Act Assessments, Legislation literacy, MCA, MDTS, Duty support.
The post will be initially 6 weeks in the office for the induction process, after which hybrid working can be discussed.
