Overview
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our productive team at Damson Madder in North London. This is a permanent position with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year's experience, ideally from within the fashion industry or in a retail environment. The role sits in the customer service team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. This is a team role, so we are looking for someone who works well collaboratively. The candidate will have a good command of the English language, strong problem solving skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
* Respond to all customer queries via email and Instagram in a timely manner with understanding, attentiveness and a solution (through Gorgias)
* Manage short orders by liaising between the customer and warehouse to resolve orders that are short on stock
* Work closely with the design & technical teams relaying relevant product and customer feedback
* Populate claim forms for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit
* Action refunds to customers in a timely manner
* Regularly liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders are sent promptly, smoothly and any problems are resolved quickly
* Work closely with the E-commerce team to feed back customer satisfaction, comments and ways to improve the customer’s post-purchase journey
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's online customer service experience ideally within the fashion industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
