This is a hands-on role with real ownership across campaign and brand activity, working closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure execution is consistently high standard across all seven venues. The successful candidate will be able to manage their own workload, take a brief and deliver against it independently, and maintain high standards without close supervision. The role also deputises for the Product Marketing Manager as required, providing continuity across campaigns and team coordination. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign and brand execution Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across Gaming and brand activity, working to plans and briefs set by the Product Marketing Manager and ensuring execution is accurate, on time, on brand and compliant Manage the production and delivery of marketing assets across all channels, liaising with agencies and freelancers to ensure outputs meet the brief Support the delivery of CRM activity, working with the CRM team to ensure campaigns are accurately briefed, scheduled and aligned with the wider marketing plan Maintain and update the central marketing calendar, keeping it accurate and current across all venues and activity streams Support the planning and delivery of events and brand activations across the estate, coordinating briefing documents, logistics, materials and activation packs to ensure local venue teams have everything they need to execute effectively Digital and in-venue content Take ownership of in-venue digital screen content across all seven venues, managing content plans and ensuring screens are always current, compliant and on brand Manage website content updates in partnership with our web agency, ensuring venue pages and campaign landing pages are accurate and well maintained Oversee social media scheduling and provide day-to-day quality control on social content, working alongside our Social Media Content person to ensure output is consistent, on brand and in line with the social media strategy and plans Agency and supplier coordination Act as day-to-day coordinator with creative agencies and freelance designers, managing asset delivery timelines and ensuring outputs are on brief Escalate where needed to the Product Marketing Manager and keep agency workstreams organised and on track Manage workflow and project tracking, keeping the team organised and deadlines visible Stakeholder and team support Produce and maintain marketing templates, activation packs and materials to support venue marketing activity, working to plans and priorities set by the Product Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager Act as a central point of contact for the Senior Marketing Manager on materials and local marketing support, ensuring requests are dealt with accurately and on time Build strong working relationships across the business, supporting effective communication and collaboration between central and venue marketing teams Contribute to reporting and performance monitoring, helping to track campaign effectiveness and flag opportunities for improvement In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed the jobholder is required to perform such other appropriate duties as may be assigned by management from time to time. Required Skills The Senior Marketing Executive is an experienced, confident and proactive professional who can manage their own workload, takes ownership of responsibilities and delivers to a high standard. The successful candidate will have: Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within leisure, hospitality or entertainment Proven ability to coordinate and deliver campaigns end to end with a high degree of independence Confident working with agencies and suppliers, managing timelines and asset delivery effectively Experienced in using digital content management and marketing platforms, with confidence across scheduling, content management and project planning tools Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong attention to detail and a high standard for brand consistency Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously A proactive, solutions-focused approach, someone who identifies problems and fixes them rather than waiting to be directed Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working across a multi-site business is desirable
