Responsibilities
* Provide an outstanding customer experience across Cintra’s client base, with a focus on a defined group of clients.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless service delivery for all clients and products.
* Identify at-risk clients and work with the team to address and escalate issues as needed.
* Recommend appropriate Cintra products to meet client needs based on understanding of their business requirements.
About You (Qualifications)
* Experience as an Account Manager or Sales professional with a strong understanding of payroll and HR processes.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
* Confident using CRM tools and IT systems; proactive in learning about new technologies and industry trends.
