We’re currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager based in St Austell. This is a great opportunity for someone practical, reliable and confident managing both maintenance tasks and a small team.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing general maintenance across the site, ensuring everything is safe, well maintained and running as it should.
Your day to day will include:
* Carrying out basic plumbing and electrical work
* Completing general repairs and maintenance across caravans and homes
* Ensuring the site is kept to a high standard
* Supervising and supporting a small team of park wardens
* Responding to maintenance issues efficiently
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in general maintenance or a hands‑on role
* Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrics
* Ability to carry out repairs confidently
* Experience supervising or leading a team is ideal
* Reliable, proactive and takes pride in their work
