The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will act as the architect of the brands global marketing roadmap. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into a sophisticated, multi-channel strategy that resonates across international borders.
You will be responsible for the following day-to-day duties that will include, but not be limited to,
* Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with aggressive global expansion targets.
* Brand Stewardship: Refining and managing brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, professional tone, and a premium visual identity across all platforms.
* Digital Strategy & Ownership: Leading the digital ecosystem, including high-level social media strategy, sophisticated email campaigns, and conversion-optimised website content.
* Market Intelligence: Conducting rigorous research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities.
* Performance & ROI: Setting quarterly and annual KPIs and providing senior leadership with detailed performance reports and data-driven insights.
* Mentorship: Working closely with the Marketing Executive to foster a culture of professional growth and creative excellence.
The Person
We are looking for a candidate who combines commercial maturity with a visionary mindset. You should be a sophisticated communicator, capable of navigating complex stakeholder relationships and steering marketing operations with confidence.
* Proven Track Record: At least 4 years of experience in high-level marketing strategy, brand building, and successful global campaign execution.
* Digital Expertise: Advanced proficiency in digital marketing channels, analytics, and consumer behavior.
* Technical Acumen: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools; experience with Salesforce and Mailchimp is highly desirable.
* Strategic Mindset: A proactive, "big picture" thinker with the ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
* Communication: An impeccable, professional approach to stakeholder engagement and brand storytelling.
