Collaborative and able to work closely with the Head Chef and wider team
Calm and organised in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment
Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a range of desserts, breads, and pastries to an exceptional standard
Collaborate on menu development, contributing creative seasonal ideas
Manage pastry section stock levels, ordering, and waste control
Ensure consistent quality and adherence to food safety standards
Train and mentor junior team members when required
Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining high presentation standards
