We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic ECTs to inspire and educate students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our learners, fostering a love for learning and laying a strong foundation for their future success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, stimulating, and interactive lessons aligned with the KS1/2 Curriculum.
* Create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to reach their full potential.
* Utilise various teaching strategies, resources, and assessment tools to meet individual learning needs and promote holistic development.
* Foster positive relationships with students, implement effective behaviour management strategies, and celebrate achievements.
* Engage in continuous professional development to improve teaching practices and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
* Experience working with young children in a primary school setting.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a passion for working with children and fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.

All quoted rates include 12.07% holiday pay.
