As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour, ensuring lessons run smoothly in the absence of the classroom teacher.
The Role
Cover Supervisor Birmingham
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4 (Years 711).
* Support pupils with their learning and encourage positive classroom behaviour.
* Manage classroom activities and provide feedback to teaching staff.
* Work on a flexible basis ad-hoc cover or longer block bookings.
* Opportunities for full-time (5 days per week) or part-time work.

* Job Title: Cover Supervisor Secondary Schools
* Location: Birmingham (South Birmingham and surrounding areas)
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract: Temporary, ongoing
* Working Pattern: Monday Friday, flexible days available
* Pay: GBP85 GBP110 per day (dependent on experience)
Requirements
* To be successful in this Cover Supervisor job in Birmingham, you must have:
* Experience working in a school setting (secondary preferred).
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* Up-to-date Safeguarding training (Prospero can provide free training if needed).
* Right to Work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Two professional references.
