Penrose Health attends university student fairs across London to help students register with a GP easily and confidently. We are creating a small pool of Student Ambassadors who we can invite to support us at these events throughout the year, rather than recruiting each time from scratch. This is a casual, non-clinical role focused on being friendly, approachable, and helpful. You will be part of an on-site team supporting students to complete GP registrations, with NHS staff present at all times to handle any clinical questions. What you’ll be doing At each event, you will be one of the first faces students see when they approach our stand. Your role will be to: Welcome students in a friendly, confident way Explain the GP registration process using a clear, provided script Help students complete registration forms accurately Reassure students and answer basic process questions Clearly signpost any medical or clinical queries to NHS staff on site Represent Penrose Health professionally at all times Helping setting up / taking down the stall The focus is on support and clarity, not selling or persuading. What this role does not involve To be clear, this role does not include: Giving medical advice Discussing symptoms or treatment Making clinical decisions Applying pressure or sales techniques You will always have clear boundaries and on-site support.
