Roles and Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to support our busy Salford depot. Working as part of the Operations team, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of essential warehouse tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
Key duties include:
* Picking and checking customer orders with accuracy using scanners and pick notes.
* Printing and verifying dispatch labels and placing orders in the correct dispatch zones.
* Supporting replenishment, stock control, put-away, and general warehouse functions.
* Completing paperwork correctly and efficiently.
* Maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping in assigned areas.
* Adhering to GDP/GMP standards and all internal SOPs.
* Upholding health and safety practices and manual handling techniques.
* Assisting with warehouse printers and being open to additional training as needed.
What We're Looking For From You
We're seeking reliable, detail-focused individuals who are comfortable working overnight shifts in a structured warehouse environment.
Essential:
* Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Able to complete documentation correctly and efficiently.
* Confident in counting and handling products accurately.
Desirable:
* Previous warehouse or pharmaceutical logistics experience (not essential — full training provided).
